Shipping Policy

1. OVERVIEW & LOGISTICS

At QORAlab, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible.

We work with a global network of fulfillment partners, logistics providers, and carrier services. Depending on product availability, destination, and delivery efficiency, your order may be shipped from a domestic or international fulfillment location.

Our goal is to provide the best possible balance of speed, reliability, and tracking transparency while maintaining product quality and order accuracy.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and prepare all orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

During peak seasons, product launches, promotional sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.


3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING WINDOWS

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination country, customs processing, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch are:

USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

United Kingdom & Australia: 7–15 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to customs delays, international logistics disruptions, carrier delays, local postal delays, weather events, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between logistics hubs or awaiting customs clearance.

We work with trusted shipping and logistics providers, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, local postal services, and other regional carriers depending on your destination.


5. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@qoralab.com.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier or logistics provider to investigate the shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, QORAlab may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

If tracking shows that an order was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, QORAlab is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you with carrier investigation steps where possible.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by QORAlab and are collected by the local customs authority, carrier, or delivery provider.

QORAlab is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for customs fees charged by your country.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges are generally non-refundable by QORAlab unless required by applicable law.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES, MISSED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

QORAlab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify or redirect the shipping address.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, missed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the package, a reshipping fee may apply.

If a refund is approved for a returned or unclaimed package, the refund may be subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, including any applicable restocking and processing fees.


8. SHIPPING DELAYS & ORDER ISSUES

While we work hard to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we may contact you with updated information.

If your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped within a reasonable timeframe, QORAlab may offer you the option to continue waiting, receive a replacement where available, or cancel the order for a refund, subject to applicable law.


9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Please do not refuse delivery unless instructed by our support team, as refused deliveries may be subject to additional fees under our Refund & Return Policy.
