This website is operated by QORAlab. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to QORAlab.

By visiting our Site, using our services, or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our Site.

You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

QORAlab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

 

SECTION 4 – REFUSAL OF SERVICE & ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities purchased where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, per customer account, per payment method, or per billing/shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

 

SECTION 5 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, colors, features, specifications, prices, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, availability, or other content on the Site will be completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

In the event of a pricing error or product availability issue, QORAlab reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

 

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY

Delivery times shown on our Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days due to customs processing, international logistics delays, carrier disruptions, local postal delays, incorrect shipping information, or other external factors beyond our control.

QORAlab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics hubs, carrier disruptions, local postal strikes, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by QORAlab and are generally non-refundable by QORAlab unless required by applicable law.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

 

SECTION 7 – ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

To maintain fast and reliable order processing, our fulfillment process may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@qoralab.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is already in transit, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after the item is delivered, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

 

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, defective items, refused deliveries, and related issues are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order with QORAlab, you agree to the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 9 – SMS & MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in to receive SMS communications from QORAlab, you consent to receive automated text messages, including order updates, abandoned cart reminders, and marketing messages, from or on behalf of QORAlab.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message.

By providing your phone number for order or shipping purposes, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your order, such as delivery updates, order confirmations, or customer service messages.

Any information provided by QORAlab, including product descriptions, blog content, emails, advertisements, social media content, or customer support communications, is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Do not use our products on broken, irritated, infected, inflamed, or recently treated skin.

Consult a physician, dermatologist, or qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, have a skin condition, have recently undergone surgery or cosmetic procedures, or have any underlying health concerns.

Discontinue use immediately if you experience pain, irritation, swelling, burning, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QORAlab, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and licensors from any claim, demand, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the Site or products, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

 

SECTION 15 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact QORAlab at contact@qoralab.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating to your use of the Site, your purchase, or our products shall be resolved individually and not on a class, collective, or representative basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where mandatory arbitration, class action waivers, or dispute resolution limitations are not permitted by law, those provisions shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

 

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

 

SECTION 17 – FORCE MAJEURE

QORAlab shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, government actions, power outages, internet failures, payment processor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

SECTION 18 – ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using our Site or purchasing from QORAlab, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices, policy updates, and customer service messages.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless applicable law requires a different form of communication.
