In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs processing, international logistics delays, carrier disruptions, local postal delays, incorrect shipping information, holidays, weather events, or other external factors beyond our control.

QORAlab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics hubs, carrier disruptions, local postal strikes, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by QORAlab and are generally non-refundable by QORAlab unless required by applicable law.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

To maintain fast and reliable order processing, our fulfillment process may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to assist. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, shipped, or is already in transit, it can no longer be modified or cancelled through our fulfillment system.
